Tier One Fire Protection was engaged by Scentre Group to deliver the fire services fitout for Harvey Norman within Westfield Belconnen. This project required close collaboration with the tenant and multiple contractors to ensure all fire systems were seamlessly integrated into the store’s fitout while maintaining full compliance with Australian Standards. Our scope of works included:

• Design services – developed using AutoCAD software.
• Wet pipe sprinkler system – supplied, installed, and modified in compliance with AS2118.1-2017.
• Automatic fire detection system – supplied and installed in accordance with AS1670.1-2018.
• Smoke detection system – modified to meet AS1670.1-2018 standards.
• Emergency Warning & Intercommunication System (EWIS) – supplied, installed, and modified in compliance with AS1670.4-2018.

During this project, the Tier One Fire Protection team worked collaboratively with Harvey Norman and other contractors to deliver outcomes that aligned perfectly with the tenant’s operational needs. Our ability to adapt to fitout requirements, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and deliver on time highlights our flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring both compliance and client satisfaction.
