Tier One Fire Protection was proud to be engaged in The Boulevard, a landmark mid-century modern–inspired development in Denman Prospect. This striking project comprises three residential buildings with 396 apartments, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences as well as luxury penthouses.

Appointed from the design stage through to supply, installation, and certification, our team delivered a complete suite of fire protection services, including:

• Wet pipe sprinkler system – installed in compliance with AS2118.6-2012 and AS2118.1-2017 across all Class 2 units, basement/carpark areas, common areas, and commercial spaces.
• Smoke detection system – supplied and installed to AS1670.1-2018 standards in all basement/carpark areas, common areas, and commercial spaces.
• Emergency Warning & Intercommunication System (EWIS) – installed in accordance with AS1670.4-2018 across carpark areas and common areas.
• Portable fire extinguishers – supplied and installed in compliance with AS2444-2001.
• Passive fire rating treatment – applied in line with AS4072.1 and the NCC 2019 Amendment 1 C3.15.
