Tier One Fire Protection was proud to deliver fire protection solutions for the High Ground development, a premium medium-density residential complex in Denman Prospect comprising 32 apartments and 20 townhouses. Our scope of works included:

• Smoke detection & occupant warning system – supplied and installed throughout basement and carpark areas, fully compliant with AS1670.1.
• Portable fire extinguishers – supplied and installed in accordance with AS2444-2001.
• Passive fire rating treatment – installed in compliance with AS4072.1 and the NCC 2019 Amendment 1 C3.15.

This project was successfully completed in February 2023, reinforcing our commitment to delivering reliable, compliant, and high-quality fire protection for residential communities.
